Meet some of the Women Shaping the Future of Cummins:

Jennifer Rumsey is the Chair and CEO of Cummins Inc., overseeing its strategic direction and global operations. With over 75,500 employees, Cummins achieved $34.1 billion in revenue in 2023. Jennifer has dedicated her 25-year career to advancing technologies and fostering an inclusive environment. She co-authored the Destination Zero strategy and has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Components and Chief Technical Officer. Jennifer serves on the boards of Cummins Inc. and Hillenbrand and is active in the Business Roundtable. She holds engineering degrees from Purdue University and MIT.
Jennifer (Jenny) B. is the President of Cummins Power Systems Business, overseeing a global segment with over 10,000 employees. Previously, she was Vice President of Cummins Sales and Service North America, where she led significant transformations. Jenny joined Cummins in 1997 and has held various leadership roles, including Six Sigma Blackbelt and leader of the Global Commercial Marine Engine business. She has deep expertise in industrial markets such as commercial marine, oil & gas and mining. Jenny holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA in International Marketing. She serves on several boards, including Century Aluminum and Youth Villages.
Catherine V. is the Vice-President of Government Relations at Cummins Inc., based in Washington, DC, where
			she has worked since 2001. She leads the company's global government relations. Previously, she served nearly
			10 years as Counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives' Committee on Energy and Commerce, focusing on energy
			and environmental policy. She holds degrees from Tulane Law School and the University of Southwestern Louisiana
			and serves on the Executive Committee of the Diesel Technology Forum.
Carolyn B. is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Culture (DEIC) at Cummins Inc., a global power solutions leader. With over 25 years at Cummins, she has held various leadership roles in Human Resources, focusing on maximizing employee engagement and fostering an inclusive environment for over 70,000 employees across 59 countries. Carolyn's team drives initiatives to attract, retain, develop and advance underrepresented groups. She began her career as a CPA and has a strong background in public accounting, business administration and strategic diversity management. Carolyn holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the University of Tennessee, along with a certification from Georgetown University.
Bonnie F. is the Vice President & President of the Distribution Business at Cummins Inc., leading 16,000 employees worldwide. She oversees sales, service and support in over 190 countries. Previously, she was Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing at Cummins. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Organizational Management and has completed executive programs at Stanford and Singularity University. Bonnie is a published author and a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion. She and her husband, Bob, have five children and ten grandchildren, and they enjoy pickleball and beach walks.
Amy D. is the Vice President and President of Accelera by Cummins and Components. She leads Accelera, focused on zero-emissions technologies, and the Components segment, Cummins' largest by revenue. Amy joined Cummins in 1994 and has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of the Filtration business and President of the Cummins Northeast distributor. Amy holds a bachelor's degree in English from Northwestern University and completed executive programs at the University of Chicago and Kellogg Executive Education. She is passionate about empowering female leaders and enjoys boating and water skiing with her family.
Amy A. is the Vice President of Government Funding and Partnerships at Cummins Inc., focusing on zero-emissions technologies. Since joining Cummins in 1995, she has led businesses on three continents and recently spearheaded hydrogen technology innovation. Amy serves on the Hydrogen Council and the Board of Supervisors for Suburban Propane Partners. She is also a National Board Member for Girls Inc. Amy holds degrees from Purdue University and Northwestern University. She is passionate about diversity, teamwork,
			  and mentoring future leaders. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exercising and cheering on the Purdue Boilermakers.
Alison T. is the Vice President of Cummins Emissions Solutions, leading the business's growth and executing the Destination Zero strategy. Since joining Cummins in 2007, she has held various sales and marketing roles, managing accounts from $50M to $2B+. Previously, she led Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Technologies for Accelera, achieving significant milestones. Alison is active in community service and holds degrees in Diplomacy, French, and an MBA.
